Our History
Taylor Made Employment was established in 2021.
The initiative arose from the need to change the way employment agencies engage with their candidates and employers.
It is more common for large recruitment companies and labour hire businesses to focus on KPIs and commissions, rather than considering client needs or candidate wellbeing.
Founded by former colleagues with over 20 years of industry experience, Taylor Made Employment is a leading provider of human resources solutions, community initiatives and student training and mentorship.
They have combined their passion for people, their business expertise, and their drive for quality service.

Position
Dean is the Owner and oversees the Indigenous Engagement Team. He
contributes to vital policy-making for our Indigenous initiatives and is the executive decision maker for Taylor Made Employment.
